Wingham wharf closure
Greater Taree City Council wishes to advise that Wingham Wharf will be closed indefinitely from today due to structural repair work that needs to be undertaken.
Dragon Boat Racing on the Manning River
Greater Taree City Council is encouraging the community to participate in this year’s Mid-North Coast Dragon Boat Regatta, to be held on the Manning River on Sunday 15 March 2009.
Council assessment for flood damage
Greater Taree City Council has assessed that last week’s minor flood event has caused some $700,000 in damage to its road and bridge network and will now approach the State Government to be included on the natural disaster declaration list.
