  Council would like to advise that road works are scheduled to commence shortly on Oxley Island Road.

  Hillville Residents are advised the Greater Taree City Council will be undertaking maintenance works on the third bridge on Carey’s Road.

  Greater Taree City Council has confirmed that the Land and Environment Court proceedings arising from Council’s refusal to grant consent for a Dan Murphy’s store on Victoria Street have been discontinued.

  At the Ordinary meeting of Council this week it was resolved that council staff negotiate an improved memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Roche Group.

• Jack Fahey’s Bridge closed on 23 May 2013
  Jack Fahey’s Bridge at Caparra will be closed at 9:30am, 23 May 2013, as part of a programmed bridge shutdown for approximately six hours while routine maintenance works are undertaken.

  The Premier of New South Wales, The Hon Barry O’Farrell will open The Valley Coffee Spot at 10:45am this Saturday, 11 May 2013.
