Greater Taree City Council has adopted a community engagement policy and guidelines which aim to improve Council’s community engagement approach and to strengthen relationships with the community and other relevant stakeholders.
The aim of the Policy and guidelines is to improve relationships with the community through greater participation and promote a sense of ownership in decision making as well as an enhanced sense of community identity.
