The Operational Plan identifies actions within the Delivery Plan and allocates specific tasks and areas of responsibility within Council. These actions are reviewed annually within each year's Operational Plan. In this way broad strategic objectives identified in the Manning Valley Community Plan can be translated into practical projects through the four year Delivery Plan and further broken down each year into the Operational Plan.
