The prime location

Greater Taree is situated in the pristine Manning Valley, less than three hours north of Sydney on the Pacific Highway. Its un-spoilt beaches, natural rainforests, abundance of water and access to a wide variety of services are just some of the reasons people have chosen the Manning Valley to live and work.

The availability of Industrial and commercial land, as well as both affordable and luxury housing present an entire package for business wishing to establish, expand or relocate. Already, Taree is home to many large scale businesses that have chosen this path such as United Group Limited Rail (300 employees), Ardagh Group (100 employees) along with many others.

Industrial sheds for lease start at around $40 per square metre per annum. A high quality bulky goods retail premises was recently leased for $45 per square metre per annum and leases can be as high as $85 per square metre per annum.
