Keeping of Sheep and Goats

Sheep and goats must not be kept within 9 metres (or such distances as the council may determine in a particluar case) of a dwelling, school, shop, office, factory, workshop, church or other place of public worship, public hall or premises used for the manufacture, preparation or storage of food.
Sheep and goat yards must be so enclosed to prevent their escape.
Where sheep and/or goats are kept on premises, they shall be of an appropriate number and kept without nuisance.
