It is the responsibility of incoming councillors to re-determine the organisational structure of Council within 12 months of being elected. At the Ordinary meeting of Council held 17 April 2013 Council endorsed a 2 Director Structure.
Under the direction of the General Manager, Gerard Jose, GTCC operates with Executive Leader Laura Black responsible for Corporate Support and Executive Leader Ron Posselt responsible for Service Delivery.
Council's structure has been designed to achieve a clear workflow through the stages of planning, specifying and implementation, for all Council activities.
