The Manning Valley well represented at Food & Wine Showcase

The Manning Valley was well represented together with the rest of the Mid North Coast at the recent Food and Wine Showcase at State Parliament House, Macquarie Street, Sydney. The event was held on Monday 19 October and was a huge success, with many regular attendees announcing it was the best of the regional showcases to date.

Food and wine broadcaster, cook book author and compere for the evening, Ms Lyndey Milan, with other leading Sydney media and food industry executives said the Mid North Coast was a suprisingingly diverse food bowl presenting a colourful, creative and quality selection of fresh, locally made produce and product.

Displaying their best on behalf of the Manning Valley were:
• Bent on Food from Wingham
• Rainbow Mushrooms from Rainbow Flat
• Manning Valley Free Range Eggs from Skillon Flat
• Marook Farm (cheeses and yoghurts) from Elands


Other food and wine businesses from the Mid North Coast were:
